Job Description:
Preparation of complex Indian Gujarati cuisine dishes, training and supervising junior Chefs. Responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role.
Entry Requirements:
- There are no formal academic requirements;
- Eligibility to live and work in UK;
- High level creative skills and mastery in volume preparation of authentic Gujrati dishes and other specialties;
- Previous experience in this role;
